Since time immemorial business has
been relatively compared to maintaining a human relationship. After
three years of successful operation, Customized Kitchen India (CKI)
cannot vouch enough how pertinent it is for the survival of a business.
What
is business exactly? Is it making money, increasing the numbers on a
company's balance sheet, selling more and more products or realizing
long-standing industry colleagues who are loyal buyers too?
CKI
has always believed and guided by the fact that business can only be
summed as a healthy mix of all the above-mentioned characteristics,
which vary from company to company, defining the DNA of the
organization.
In the commercial kitchen equipment segment, the impact of relationship can be seen in a
more dramatic fashion. More than product specifications and competitive
spirit, what do you need to succeed in the market is good camaraderie
with potential buyers to crack deals.
However,
for many years this relationship has been used as a tool to cover up
for sub-standard products/equipment. We wanted this to change. CKI
ensured that its relationships remained a way to capitalize good
business without becoming a characteristics to replace quality aspects
of products.
Hence, we treat
relationship as a character of business, and not as a part of
a characteristics-mix. There is a subtle line between making profits and
being successful with qualitative approach. Maintaining this line is
important.
We are doing good
till date, and hopefully, the same story would continue in future. Thank
you all for supporting our approach. We understand the invisible
demarkation that exists among partners, differentiating business from
business partners. We measure true relationships by the way our
partners want CKI to behave and operate in the market. Thankfully, our
partners are like-minded and they want us to provide them the best
products, every time. We have established a sense of trust and that is
what defines our relationships.
